Kruguyrova 2.05 Newbury Bolted up LTO over this trip at Plumpton and should take this before he runs in the Arkle on the 11th March.The Nicholls trained horse is also entered for the Arkle (as is Gardasee) and is the main danger with Ruby on board. Racing Post Price: 2/1 Kandjar D'allier 3.50 Newbury Won off a 1lb higher mark back in Dec 06 in testing conditions at Haydock over 2m6f and has been running in class 1's over this trip and also ran in the Grand National last year. Although he fell in the GN he did get back up and run round riderless so he clearly loves jumping big fences and he can run well today with connections having one eye on the National again this year. Racing Post Price: 6/1 The Big Orse 4.20 Newbury Mad Max is a worry coming from Hendersens yard but it might be safer sticking with The Big Orse who won easy LTO (10L's) over CD in a bumper.
