Re: Uttoxeter 31/12 2.30 Uttoxeter A big field of 18 for this 3m race, Class 5, on soft ground. Open race and I'm on: Bowdlane Barb (RPF 12/1) - Consistent type although can be frustrating at times. Only poor race in last 5 was when PU in a Class 4. Record in this grade reads 3-2-2-3. Was 3rd lto on this going off the same mark so has chances today. In all those races, has looked outpaced at one point or another so the fact its trainer steps it up significantly in trip to 3m is a positive for me. Finished the race lto best of all but still finished 10L off the leader. Ridden a little more positively and with the longer trip, on favoured ground, should go very well here. Add into that, its only win has come here at Uttoxeter, I make this a cracking EW bet.
