Dynamic Gaming Systems in Trouble?

A PL'r has brought to my attention an email he received, which seems to suggest that Dynamic Gaming Systems is in trouble and may be going under soon. I do not know how reliable this information is, nor have I been able to verify it with any further sources, so at the moment I'd tag it as a "rumour" at most.... However what I can see is that over recent months, players and affilliates have reported having trouble withdrawing funds from this group. Whether they are in trouble or not, I'm not sure you want to leave funds with them..... The brands this affects are below.

DYNAMIC GAMING SYSTEMS is in some deep turmoil and all of the top executives of the network have resigned or flat out quit. I have it on good authority (the best authority actually) that chances are MORE than likely that the entire network is going down sooner than later. TAKE YOUR MONEY OFF NOW from any site on this network. Sites include but are not limited to: Jungle Wingows Big Juicy Odds Bubba's Later today or tomorrow affiliates will be receiving an email warning them about what I've just told you. I'm telling you early. I'm telling you this now so you can get your withdraws in FIRST before the mad rush.

Re: Dynamic Gaming Systems in Trouble? This is reported from the net, so accuracy cannot be totally guaranteed....

Sportsbookreview.com is reporting the following: 01.08.2008 (10:11 AM CST) BigJuicyOdds (SBR rating D+) poker network (DGS) folds. BJO states that the provider has closed with licensee and player funds. BJO also tells SBR it will be transferring all poker balances to a new network provider, Dobrosoft. The migration of accounts is expected to take three days. Players can also request a payout or a balance credit in the BigJuicyOdds sportsbook, which is a separately operated. Players with other poker brands may be less fortunate. JunglePoker.com is owned by the Dynamic Gaming network and is not expected to settle accounts. G2Gpoker, a poker-only gaming site, has previously stiffed players as part of the Futurebet Gaming network.
Suprisingly to me ... when I load up my Wingows theres still people playing on there ... will be interesting to see if my current balance of $8 survives. Wingows has proved trustworthy so far ... and if things stabilise I'd be only too willing to play on there again as there cheap MTTs were./are so full of smaller fish than me :lol Statement seems to support my theory that poker brands that also run sports books are less prone to skipping with your hard earned dosh. If my massive $8 does dissappear it will be the first money I've lost this way in over 2 years (and 60 sites) of poker.

Re: Dynamic Gaming Systems in Trouble? A little update I have found Dynamic Gaming Systems Network Transfer January 21, 2008 San Jose, Costa Rica - Dynamic Gaming Systems (DGS) announced today that an agreement for the transfer of their network has been reached with Cintaly Holding Corporation (CHC). CHC, based out of the British Virgin Islands, anticipates having the DGS network in full operation within 72 hours of the transaction being completed. Executives of CHC stated they were excited by the opportunity to take over one of the finest poker software networks online today. Although the details of the transaction were not made public, it is our understanding CHC intends to honour all verified existing Player Balances and Licensee Agreements. CHC acknowledged the news reports that indicated that some of DGS’s Licensees may have already transitioned their player onto other networks. Although disappointed that they had left, this deal is a win-win for all current and future licensees, and players. CHC strongly emphasized that their prime objective was to get all remaining Players, Licensees back operational as fast as possible. http://www.dynamicgamingsystems.com/?sec=press-releases
