One of my notebook horses runs today 12.40 Shore thing eased down LTO hands & heels to the line when 2nd behind ouzbeck. Ouzbeck narrowly beaten last week & Chrysander has already franked the form. This should win albeit around even money.

Re: Taunton 29/11 1.40 sees the chasing debut of Desert Quest on of my favourite horses. It will be heavily odds on today so not a betting opportunity but i hope it does it in style & goes onto better things. I still think this horse would have been good enough to place in a champion hurdle but it pulled out last year & now looks destined for a chasing career (perhaps Arkle in March then!)

Re: Taunton 29/11 2.45 Owlesbury Dream @ 13/8 15 pts win The trainer seems in good form at the moment and this one looked good winning with reasonable ease on its debut over hurdles lto and looked do it with enough ease to suggest it could go in again. 3.50 Roby de Cimbre @ 14/1 5 pts e.w One from the Nicholls yard that has not quite achieved massive amounts of decent form in this country so far with some consistent if unspectacular efforts so far. However it should appreciate a bit of a step up in trip today and the claimer takes loads off, always interesting when a Nicholls one in the West Country is realtively big
