Burnley Joe
Re: t6poker - freerolls on a new site launching soon More faces than big ben and none can tell the fcking time Ricardo Jimenez: support how may I assist you? joeph geraghty: hi i see that you are running qualifiers on Sunday the 13th for the Aussie Millions joe geraghty: The torney starts on the 14th, so how is that possible? Ricardo Jimenez: what exactly do you want to know? joe geraghty: can you not read or what, how can you have a torney on the 13th qualifying for the aussie millions when it starts in Australia on the 14th? joe geraghty: can i speak to a manager who is literate, can read and can answer a straight forward question and dont say there is nobody here Ricardo Jimenez: ok there is a day difference Ricardo Jimenez: the winner can travel in that time Ricardo Jimenez: that would be me joe geraghty: What, the torney is Sunday night, the Aussie Millions starts roughly 14 hours later joe geraghty: So you can charter a flight and get from the UK in 14 hours? joe geraghty: hello or are you going to ignore my questions again? 25 minutes no response:spank Tried again, it gets better, i love their live chat Ricardo Jimenez: do you have a good connection now? joe geraghty: connection if fine as i am playing at the same time Ricardo Jimenez: as I said before why can't it happen? joe geraghty: it takes at least 20 hours to fly to Oz from Europe joe geraghty: yet when your torney starts the aussie millions starts about 24 hours later Ricardo Jimenez: if so you would have received all the answers I responded to your questions Ricardo Jimenez: both places are not in the same time zone joe geraghty: Thats what im on about they are ahead or if not it would not be enough time Ricardo Jimenez: why can't it be possible? joe geraghty: you would have to travel through time joe geraghty: Ok if there was 2 days difference, which there is not, how would you book a flight in one day? joe geraghty: can i ask what the buy in for the on line event is? Ricardo Jimenez: why couldn't the seats be on hold from now, just waiting to see who fills them joe geraghty: how do you know where the winner will be from? joe geraghty: this has to be the biggest scam in online poker since absolute poker Ricardo Jimenez: there is no scam, I would appreciate if you would not say false statements joe geraghty: Well how can they get there in time, explain, and as for holding two seats, you dont know where the winners are going to be from joe geraghty: What time is it now in the UK? joe geraghty: What time is it in Oz? joe geraghty: Sorry but i have to post your commenst on a few forums for feedback joe geraghty: scam or what Ricardo Jimenez: as I said before there is no scam joe geraghty: so how can you get the winners there in time, please explain? Ricardo Jimenez: i will get you where to check for that detailed information so you know, and don´t make up false statements joe geraghty: what? joe geraghty: and what is the buy in? Ricardo Jimenez: i'll get you the explanation, is that more clear joe geraghty: when? Ricardo Jimenez: all of that info iI will provide you Ricardo Jimenez: im getting it, so it will be in a few minutes joe geraghty: but when, you have not replied to 6 emails i sent since last friday, i would like to know before i post on the forum Ricardo Jimenez: wait on the line, can you not do that? joe geraghty: i will wait Ricardo Jimenez: the buy in for the Aussie Millions qualifier is €60 Ricardo Jimenez: this does not include any flight costs, or staying costs joe geraghty: so how can teh winner get there in time? Ricardo Jimenez: it is only the seat ant the tournament joe geraghty: unless your australian? Ricardo Jimenez: it better suited to ozzy natives or someone that is going and would save the buy in for the tournament joe geraghty: but it does not state that, so again a bit unhappy with the advertising of this as it does not state that, anyway i anit superman or an Ozzie, so will give it a miss, cheers for making me laff
FatBoyFat
Re: t6poker - freerolls on a new site launching soon This is hilarious; i like the time travel line It almost sounds like a bot replying, although i think that current bots would have more intelligence than the CS rep. Might be worth sending your chat transcript into casinomeister. FBF

Tweetypie05
Re: t6poker - freerolls on a new site launching soon I have been waiting for a response from them for the past week about money owed and have got nothing! I cannot enroll in the daily $1000 freeroll either. No idea why and cannot talk to support. Taken money out using NETELLER. Don't think I will waste any more time on this site. Good luck all who do! Valiant23
Re: t6poker - freerolls on a new site launching soon I've got to say something. PLers do a great job in finding new sites to play on and without finding these sites (through different means) we wouldn't have had GoalPoker, PokerSatellites, Poker Utd, Mansion, Sporting Odds(?) and others. It isn't really the mods place to tell you where to play or not to play. We so have issues with various poker sites which may mean we don't want to promote them but 99.9% of the time we leave you to play where you want to. Occasionally though, there comes along a poker site that seems to make an offer that seems too good to be true and even then we just let people get on with it, but when things start to go wrong they know that we will do whatever we can to help. I am as quick as any to try these sites out. I won prizes on GoalPoker and Poker Satellites. With both of these sites there were problems but to be fair to Poker Satellites they came through and didn't let anyone down. The same cannot be said of GoalPoker and they left a lot of people disappointed with the way they acted, not least the two PLers who were expecting WSOP packages off them, only for them to be let down a couple of days before the start of the tourney. I honestly think that this outfit at this time should not be trusted at all. I would suggest to new players to look elsewhere to play and I would suggest that any who have registered with them should delete the software and forget about them altogether. If you have won some money there then obviously I hope you get most, if not all of it back, but unless it is money you yourself have deposited then it may be worth your sanity to write it off as a bad experience. I'm editing the thread title to reflect the uncertain situation with T6. EDIT: I also think this should be moved to Poker Chat.

jarjaruk
Re: T6poker, New Poker Site - Be Aware Of Certain Issues Before Depositing Jonaldo, if you've only got 20euros in there and you'll only get half of it back, that's 10euros you're worried about withdrawing which would probably be below their withdraw limit anyway! Having read everything above do you not think it would be best to put it down to experience and simply let it go. :ok Agree completely with Mr V - Definitely won't be playing on that site..... :lol

spannerjago
Re: T6poker, New Poker Site - Be Aware Of Certain Issues Before Depositing Finally got this response to my several emails to support. Dear Spencer, Thank you for your e-mail. In response to your inquiry, we recommended that you visit our site: http://www.t6poker.com/tournament_list.php, you can see the list of winners of the December Freerolls and each position by tournament. This list was the final update of the freerolls tournaments funds transfer. We are changed to new client to avoid inconveniences in the future and we invite you to continue playing in our poker client. Are you absolutely sure that your user name is the same on our new software? If you changed it at all, there might be the answer to your questions. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at: [email protected] Best Regards, Financial Department So it seems that I have no chance of getting the full amount that was in my cashier account on the old software. Ill just take what is in there, delete the software and put it down to experience.
spannerjago
Re: T6poker, New Poker Site - Be Aware Of Certain Issues Before Depositing Well Credit where credit is due. I deposited €20 into T6 at 20.19 yesterday so that I could withdraw. I made the withdrawal immediately and it was in my Neteller by 01.37 this morning. 5 1/2 hours is the quickest I've ever had to Neteller. Still wont be playing there again! Burnley Joe
Re: T6poker, New Poker Site - Be Aware Of Certain Issues Before Depositing Dear T6poker customer. On December 01, 2007 we launched our poker client with the intention of using a full month to solve minor issues and streamline procedures to be well prepared for real money tables that was launched on January 01, 2008. As you are all aware, we closed down the first client we used on December 18, 2007 as we found we could not deliver the quality we wanted using that client. We had performance problems with the client as well as the cashier function did not work correctly and updated the accounts wrong. A number of tournaments was cancelled or only partly fulfilled, and for those there is no final prize pool distribution. We promised to pay out winnings from December Freerolls in January, 2008, which we have done earlier this month. The postings you find on the web are the final postings, and they represent the final positions for the tournaments that were finalized while using the old client. Due to the malfunctions of the Cashier function in the old client we cannot base the payouts on the cashier, but have based the payouts on the actual finalized tournaments. Best Regards The T6poker Management
