Burran
Re: Euro Hockey leagues 27/10 I've been fading Elitserien for a couple of rounds but I can't keep my fingers away this time. I'm taking Brynäs 1.80@Unibet. The sacking of Boork seems to have done Brynäs well. Very impressive victory at Timrå in the last round. Mora hasn't got a very good team and for me it was only a question of time until the losses would come, even at home. Homewin for me....more info tomorrow... Comic Book Guy
Re: Euro Hockey leagues 27/10 Karpat to win -1.5 (2.45 @ Bet365) I admit, I didn't rate Karpat highly so far. But it seems that they've got their strength back. They went through a lot of changes mid-season and some period of adaptation was expected. Karpat overcame that period easily: great performances in pre-season and solid start of new season. They are back on the league top and they've lost only one match in last 8 rounds. Saipa started pretty well: 2 wins, 1 OT win and 1 OT loss. And that was it. Well, they did have 2 more wins and 1 OT win later on, but everything else wasn't much to talk about. Their home rink is not welcoming and they tend to keep their home matches under 5 goals totals. Saipa don't allow much goals, but they don't score either. Karpat's away defence is also great: only 11 allowed goals in 6 matches. So, I expect away win with Saipa scoring 0 or 1 goal and I surely hope that Karpat is able to score at least 3 goals. Comic Book Guy
Re: Euro Hockey leagues 27/10 Ilves to win 1st period (1.80 @ Bet365) Assat played 8 home matches and won first period 3 times: opening round against Lukko and 2 wins against bottom Kalpa and Saipa. Those three matches were the only ones in which Assat scored (their goal difference in first periods at home is 4-8). Ilves played 7 away matches and lost first periods in only two of them. Their goal difference is 6-4. They didn't score a goal in first period of only one away match. The last time Assat won first period at home against Ilves was in November 2004. It seems like everything points to this pick.

Brendl will surely be motivated to score a few on his old team Mora and I think that he likes it better without Boork trying to control him. Last victory was important and impressive and Brendl lead the way. I think one of the best bets today is Färjestad DNB @ 2.30 (Pinn) because they're playing great hockey now and have some impressive games of late. Riksman has played well too after the debacle against frölunda away. MODO have new players in Yetman and Petrovicky, Yetman was good in the game against HV71 but there are still some problems in MODO I can't really put my finger on. They have their wins but not many of them have been very impressive and we really need to see more action from Svartvadet, Sundström and also we need Krizan to be great if we are to have a chance against Färjestad. Anyway, I think that the away team has a more than decent chance to get a draw or more in this game. Value in the away win on dnb IMO. Södertälje - HV71 should be an under 5.5 (1.80 expekt). The home team score less than 1 goals per game (I think something like 0.8333) and I dont see HV71 scoring much more than 3-4 goals against a team with such strong defense. In their home games Södertälje have 10-9 in GD which says alot. these are my bets and because of my terrible streak in the league with draws biting me in the arse and so on the stakes will be small today. Good luck!!! :hope:hope:hope
Burran
Re: Euro Hockey leagues 27/10 27/10 Leksand 1.50@Centrebet Reasoning later... Atm I feel like Leksand -1.5 1.87@Pinnacle is the best price. Leksand looks pretty much unstoppable atm. They have 10 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw after 12 rounds. I watched the game against Nyköping on wednesday live and although they didn't play at their best, they took a solid 4-1 win. Belfour wont play in this game, but Läck is outstanding atm. Really good game by him on wed. too. Borås has done a good job so far and they are at 10th place. They have some really good results at home, but I don't think they have what it takes against the best team in the league(right now anyway). Petrovicky is out and thats' def. a blow, but it shoudln't matter in a game like this. Leksand will be too good for Borås today!
Mazarin
Re: Euro Hockey leagues 27/10 I'm taking over 5,5 in the Brynäs-Mora game. These are two teams desperate for points. They both have the potential to score but also two shakey defences. Both have been questioned recently by fans and media alike and definitely have a point to prove today. Sorry for late answer, but Libor is playing. 3-2 Leksand late in 3rd...can they get an empty netter?:hope 3-2 FT, Straight win worked anyway... Brynäs won 4-3 btw:) And Södertälje can't score goals! Bamse81
Re: Euro Hockey leagues 27/10 Finally, not a day too late, some luck in Elitserien! Brynäs won 4-3 :clap SSK under 5.5 end 0-3 :clap MODO-FBK 1-0 :eyes Last bet lost but MODO were saved by Krizan here, FBK completely dominated the last period and feels like I was on the right path. Bamse81
Re: Euro Hockey leagues 27/10 Brynäs won 4-3 btw:) And Södertälje can't score goals! Brynäs didn't impress and I wouldn't be surprised if their bad run continues after these two wins. The main thing is still that the bet is a winner and Im really happy with this! Södertälje is a remarkable team and it would be really really strange if you can stay in Elitserien without scoring goals, it's simply appaling... A good day at least, hope we can predict the rest with the same success:ok
