Best highlight it now whilst the "stakes" are small, rather than a few weeks down the line when they make the same mistake with a bigger prize. OK so its a bit unclear, but they are hardly trying to stitch up up as the title of the thread suggests - you've not lost anything and they've not gained anything - hardly the worldds greatest stitch up. I took advantage of their promotion and the money was in my account as soon as i had left the table after my session. Another point I was registered as a £ player not $ player and they gave me £20 not $20. I have since withdrawn my cash also without any hassle. It's irrelevant, would you buy a house that said in the advert "House for a tenner" yet the t&c's (everyone's job to read) say specifically, you can have the house, but it won't have a roof, any windows or walls, in fact it will collapse and fall down within 10 minutes of you being inside. That's extreme I'll admit, but you see my point? If you believe everything ads say when companies can clearly hide behind t&c's, then quite simply it's your own fault.
