Dates announced GUKPT 2008 The dates for next year's Blue Square sponsored Grosvenor UK Poker Tour have been announced

After the success of the 2007 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour, the GUKPT is set to continue in 2008 with nine £1,000 legs hosted in venues throughout the country, and a £3,000 final event in London towards the end of the year. As with this year’s tour, each leg will take the form of a week long festival in participating Grosvenor casinos, in which there will be various side games in addition to the four-day £1,000 main event. Players can win seats to any of these GUKPT tournaments by registering online for satellites with Blue Square Poker who sponsor the series, or by winning a seat through a live satellite tournament at a host casino. There will also be the new ‘Link Event’ in July which is tournament that will be played simultaneously at all Grosvenor card rooms, and the largest pot-limit tourney in Europe - the Grosvenor Grand Prix. Full details of the GUKPT 2008 will be announced in the near future.
