Crouch and Defoe compliment each other well and are both off the mark with goals already. The English are favourites for the group but Bet365 make them outsiders for this game at 2.75. Going on that one performance I would make Italy favourites. However, the England team on the night was very streched and was down to the bare bones of the squad.
