Re: Cricket: Twenty20 World Cup Right let's get some outrights down. 3pts ew Sri Lanka to win Twenty20 World Cup 7/1 Bet365 But for conditions turning against them in the 50 over World Cup final in April, Sri Lanka could well be arriving in South Africa as world champions. They're not though but they have a very good chance to make up for that here. There's no Murali for this event but he's the only big player missing for the Sri Lankan side. We saw in this country last year the destruction that Sri Lanka can do in 20 overs and with Jayasuriya still in good form, that looks set to continue here. Sri Lanka are well led by Mahela Jayawardene and with the likes of Chaminda Vaas, Dilhara Fernando and Lasith Malinga in their bowling attack they shouldn't have any problems restricting sides. Jayasuriya, Tharanga, Sangakkara and Jayawardene are among the best top 4s in the tournament and look full of runs and come September 24, Sri Lanka won't be far away.
