It's been doing this since 5pm yesterday keeps coming up with error code 24623.Live chat is not online at the moment and i don't want to miss out on the league game tonight,as i did last week due to someone else's computer not even connecting with Paradise.

Is anyone else having trouble logging into Sporting Odds/Paradise/SportingBet? It's been doing this since 5pm yesterday keeps coming up with error code 24623.
I tried about half an hour ago and got the same error code, but when I tried again just now it said my user name or password were wrong. So that's progress!

Re: ** Poker Wednesday 29th ** Can I offer an observation: When Sporting changed the other week they offered me the same username I have always had EXCEPT that it was all changed to lower-case. So DodgerIsATit would now be dodgerisatit. Then I couldn't get into paradise because my username was remembered by my PC in it's original form, so the log in must be case sensitive. I altered it all to lower case and have had no problems since. Hope this helps those unable to get in.

where to start, hmmmmmmmm..... after a week of getting totally frustrated at their (lack of) customer support I finally (today) got a guy who was actually helpful! stiil fecked tho depsite his best efforts (can't log-on to access my main site and I can't get my cash out to play anywhere else) so back on poker.co.uk at the mo playing the 10c/25c cash games to keep my poker addiction, errr poker playing skills up to scratch! ;) good luck all in the focus game :ok Damo

Well, blow me down - after uninstalling and reinstalling using their link, they told me it was a technical glitch, which would be sorted soon. Just followed your lowercase tip and I got in OK - so, dodgerisnotatit.
