Cricket: England U19's vs Pakistan U19's ODI Series

Recommended Posts

The 4th and 5th matches of the ODI series are live on Sky Sports on Wednesday and Thursday so with it being on TV I'll have a couple of interests :tongue2. Pakistan lead the series 2-0 with 1 washout. Grace Rd is the venue. 10pts Pakistan U19's to win 4th ODI 4/6 Bet365 Pakistan U19's come into this 4th match with a 2-0 series lead and have played solid one day cricket in the process. England have been very disappointing in the series to date as the Pakistan spinners have weaved a web round the English batsmen. They have 3 decent spinners in their side and at Grace Rd that could be a very significant advantage. England performed better in the test series but James Harris and Ben Wright, both of whom played then, both don't play here. James Harris is playing for Glamorgan while Ben Wright is injured. They are 2 key cogs for the Lions and without them the performances have been poor. Alex Wakely, Tom Westley, Ben Godleman and Rory Hamilton-Brown have played county cricket this year. Pakistan have dominated the series so far and should be good enough to wrap up the series by taking an unassailable 3-0 lead here. 2pts T.Westley Top England Bat 6/1 Stan James Essex's Tom Westley is in fairly good form with the bat. He's had contributions of 31 and 24 in this series so far which is about as good as any England batsman has done. He comes into this series on the back of playing so well in front of the Sky cameras for Essex against Worcestershire a couple of weeks ago where he looked a very good prospect indeed. He'll bat at 6 but has every chance of top scoring still.
