1. Paradise Dream Ticket To celebrate the launch of Paradise RUSH, we are giving one lucky player the chance to jump straight to the RUSH Final Table. Simply make a deposit of at least $50 between now and June 20th to win entry into our Dream Ticket Prize Draw. We will then randomly select one player to qualify for the Paradise RUSH Final Table on September 19th in an as yet to be decided city of your choice! Each time you deposit you will automatically receive another entry in the RUSH prize draw. 2. RUSH for FREE Starting May 24th, play in any one of our Rush for Free tournaments at 6pm BST on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. If you make the top 25 you'll automatically receive a seat into the following Sunday's Rush weekly Final. Make the top 100 in the Rush weekly Final and you're moving on to the Rush main event on September 2nd. 3. Beat the RUSH Freerolls a bit crowded? Simply play 50 raked hands in the previous 24 hours to qualify for our daily Beat the Rush qualifier at 10:30 pm BST on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. If you make the top 50 you'll automatically receive a seat into the following Sunday's Rush weekly Final. Make the top 100 in the RUSH weekly Final and you're moving on to the RUSH main event on September 2nd. Fewer competitors stand in between you and the grand prize! 4. FUN RUSH Every day in June we will be giving away seats to the RUSH Main Event... RUSH Final Table The RUSH main event will take place on Sunday, September 2nd at 6pm BST and will only be open to those players that have qualified through either a RUSH Weekly Final or FUN RUSH. Once the RUSH Main Event has played to the final 9 players, the tournament will be paused and we will then fly the 9 lucky players to join the winner of the Paradise Dream ticket and play it out for a €100,000 shopping spree. The Final Table will be played out in the morning of September 19th with the winner being given one hour that same afternoon to spend an incredible €100,000. 1. All entrants must be a minimum of 18 years of age to play in the online Paradise RUSH daily heats, weekly finals and main event.
2. When the online Main Event reaches the point where only 9 players remain, the tournament will be paused. The 9 remaining players + the winner of Paradise Dream Ticket will then be flown to play a live final table in an as yet to be decided city. The RUSH Final table will take place in September.
3. To be eligible for the Paradise Dream ticket, players must make a deposit of at least $50 between May 24th and June 30th. All eligible players will then be entered into a random computer draw and the winner will be informed by email on July 1st.
4. No deals will be permitted at the online main event - play will continue until a winner is found. Any players discussing deals, attempting to engineer or take part in a deal will be disqualified from the tournament and no monies will be paid to them.
5. The Paradise RUSH Final Table will take place in a city to be decided by ParadisePoker players. Voting is available until June 30th and the city with the most votes will be deemed the winner. Each Paradise Player may only vote once. The winning city will be announced on the ParadisePoker website from July 1st.
6. All players who qualify for the Paradise RUSH final table will receive expenses to cover their flight and short stay in this city. Hotel will be paid for by ParadisePoker.
7. All players will be required to show proof of age (passport or other valid picture identification). Players unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from participation in any of the Paradise RUSH events and ParadisePoker player accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided (no refunds will be made). By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by this website.
8. Employees and immediate family members of employees of ParadisePoker, it's associated companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion. Entry to the Promotion is limited to those people who are resident in countries where their registration and use of the Cardroom is permitted by the law of their country.
9. Paradise does not accept liability for any of the Paradise RUSH qualifying tournaments or live events not taking place, being postponed or delayed for circumstances beyond their control. Any disputes relating to the provision of the prize must be taken up with ParadisePoker.
10. ParadisePoker shall not offer a cash alternative for Paradise RUSH final table seats. Further, in the event that the winning Player does not accept or use such non-cash prize, ParadisePoker shall have no liability whatsoever towards the relevant player in such regard.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without giving you any prior notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
12. All online qualifying tournaments will be played according to the ParadisePoker multi-table tournament rules.
13. ParadisePoker reserves the right to cancel or postpone a qualifying tournament in the event that a server problem or internet routing problem prevents many players from accessing the site. Promotion will run until September, 2007 unless otherwise determined by management.
14. By qualifying for Paradise RUSH, you grant ParadisePoker and Sportingbet full rights to record your image, identity, likeness and voice in connection with the Paradise RUSH tournament and to use the same in any manner that ParadisePoker may choose, in any and all media and manner throughout the world now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever including (but not limited to) production, distribution, broadcast, advertising, and marketing promotion.
15. All final table players will be required to wear ParadisePoker logo gear.
16. Management's decision is final in all matters.
