Short priced front running favs

Recommended Posts

Hi folks im new on here, just been playing with an idea at goodwood this week and had some success.i should say done no serious stats on it just a theory really at moment.would like to get feed back. Basically i look for horses under 3 on betfair that like to front run or be right up with pace.generally i find if a fav is thereabouts with say 3 furlongs to go price will drop at least a point,at this point lay for original stake, therefore it becomes a bet to nothing. i reckon on average are 8/10 horses under 3 a day on betfair.half of these are up with the pace horses say thats 5,so possibly youll get 2 winners a day.like i say its just a theory right now,but does anyone think it might have some legs:unsure

Re: Short priced front running favs If you want to lay front runners (but not necessarily the jolly) I have it on fairly good authority that you should lay the horse that leads in to the straight at Kempton in every race on the all weather surface. Somebody I know has been doing it for a few months now, and is in profit.
