Re: Poker Player Mag £10,500 WSOPE Freeroll Get stuck in, ladies and gents. Unfortunately as I work for the magazine I can't play but that shouldn't stop anyone else. Pick up a copy of the mag from WHSmiths if you haven't got one yet. It should be quite obvious to see - it's got a huge WSOP braclet bursting out of the front cover!

Re: Poker Player Mag £10,500 WSOPE Freeroll The guy that won this is still going by the looks of it (at least up to yesterday!!)......that table looks like the TV table....

World Series of Poker Europe Reader nears money PokerPlayer GNUF freeroll winner Matthew Carter goes deep at World Series of Poker Europe PokerPlayer reader Matthew Carter enters day three of the £10,000 World Series of Poker Europe Main Event with a real shot of making the money. But Carter, who won entry into the tournament through a PokerPlayer freeroll, still has to guide his 58,400 stack through the dangerous currents of the table of death. Amateur player Carter has be drawn at the same table as the ultra-aggressive pairing of tournament leaders, Gus Hansen and Patrick Antonius. And if that wasn’t enough, who is sat directly to his right with position on him? Daniel Negreanu. It won’t be easy but with just 84 runners left, Matthew has a great chance to reach the 36 money spots. 36th pays out £27,150, which would be a good return on the cost of a £2.25 magazine. And if he keeps on going he stands to win a guaranteed £1m first prize. Matt starts the day with around 30 big blinds and with well over 1m chips at the table and some very lively players the PokerPlayer qualifier stands a great chance to get action if he hits some hands. We’ll be checking up on Matt throughout the day. Matt’s table: Patrick Antonious 283200 Erik Joergensen 22100 Magnus Persson 165600 Matthew Carter 58400 Daniel Negreanu 31700 Willaim Durkee 92600 Sam Norman 29600 Gustav Hansen 349400 Sergey Feklisov 115500

Re: Poker Player Mag £10,500 WSOPE Freeroll Yip - he was on the tv table :loon Friday, September 14, 2007 12:32:06 PM Dream TV Table Now, not to cast doubt on the validity of the randomised seating process but the TV table looks like this: Seat 1: Patrick Antonius - 28,3200 Seat 2: Erik Joergensen - 22,100 Seat 3: Magnus Persson - 165,600 Seat 4: Matthew Carter - 58,400 Seat 5: Daniel Negreanu - 31,700 Seat 6: Will Durkee - 92,600 Seat 7: Sam Norman - 29,600 Seat 8: Gus Hansen - 349,400 Seat 9: Sergey Feklisov - 115,500 Which is something of a dream final table in itself. By my reckoning there are 1 EPT, 1 Aussie Millions, 3 WSOP and 6 WPT titles alone at that table.
