They can win of course (AS IT'S NOT ON THE LAY, BUT ON THE BACK SIDE) - looks like someone may be trying to square the book as most money has still been matched on the USA. If someone knew something, they would defo accept a tad lower price - just check after the market is suspended and you will find out MOST of the money was left unmatched.
