Daily Selections In Here Please :ok Following taken from RP site: INSPECTION ON WEDNESDAY (7.30am) Officials at Catterick have called a 7.30am inspection ahead of racing at the North Yorkshire venue on Wednesdayafternoon. Clerk of the course Jonjo Sanderson said: "We have had two or three sharp, heavy storms and there is sitting water half a furlong from the finish between the running rails. "It's very unusual to see water sitting in that place, and anymore rain could cause one or two problems. "But I'm fairly confident with a dry night and a stiff breeze that will go away. We'll have to see what happens and how the water is moving. "We do drain very well and to see water sitting on the surfacethere is unusual."

It was very green but finished very well and the extra furlong will be a huge help. 3.35 Amy Louise Won 3 times over the distance in its last 4 runs only beaten over an short trip of 6f at ripon. 4.35 Dark Champion Improving with every run since its seasonal reapperance, looks set for a big run. 5.05 Don Pasquale. Improving horse who comes here on a hat-trick. Won a seller before going on a putting in a good performance at an higher level. The horse as a good chance of going in again.
