They are currently ranked 1st in Fifa's list and with major point difference over 2nd place Germay in Fifa's rating system. Brazil are in 8th and is not active in international arena for some time compared with USA team that competed in a few tournament this year. USA last won against China 2-0 and I do highly rate china's women national team to compete with USA in internatinal arena but seems like USA is still too strong :) Fact from USsoccer: "While the USA has managed to win 18 of the 21 meetings, of the eight meetings since 2000, the USA has won by more than two goals just twice, and by just one goal four times" against Brazil.
