HERO AGAIN 3.10 Hereford. Improved a bit last time after a jumping nightmare on debut over fences, and would be open to finding a bit more as time goes on. However! you have to wonder why he drops in trip today ( 5f ) when a bit further would seem the better move. It puts much more emphasis on jumping better and if he does make a few mistakes ( which is more than possible ) then he's going to see the race get away from him. The ground wouldn't be a problem and couldn't ask for a better jockey in McCoy, but I feel he'll need to be at his strongest to be getting this one jumping well enough to deal with this drop in trip. We also have "Can't Get On" , "The Hairy Lemon" , "Ghengis" , "Dyneburg" , "Absolutely-The-Best" and "Slaney Eagle" running for us and all would have chances of a win, so enough ammunition too. Not saying the opposed runner can't win, as that's stupid to say that, but in my opinion it's much more of a lay than a play at current odds ( 4.6 betfair ), irrespective of the end result. If he wins, then fair play to him. Good luck.

Mange Tout 330 Southwell (9/2) Barbers Shop is a warm fav and has the form in the book to take care of these and second fav M.Benedict ran a very encouraging race last time out, both look too good for Mange Tout who reverts back to hurdles after a spell chasing.
