Boss Hand History Problem

Let's say I get eliminated 3rd with an all-in situation and I wanna post the hand up here to ask if my push was the right move etc. The last hand is never there. I click the last 50 hands and I see the hand before that one, on top of the list. I think it doesn't count the hand that I get eliminated in. I mailed them lots of times but they don't seem to care about it (even after paradise switch). So what can I do about it? Any suggestions?
