My hands and questions

I would actually post a hand history but boss didn't take that hand into history I suppose because I couldn't find it. Anyways I had about 1800 blinds were 50-100 there were 5 players late in the SNG. I had AQ offsuit and I raised the minimum since it was the kinda raise that left me with one player in this table previously. I got a call from a big stack who had like 5000 and the big blind who was not so important. Flop was 7Q2 I bet 2/3 of the pot and got called by the big stack. then I had smt like 900 left so I bet again smt like 300 because the turn wasn't dangerous but then he re-raised me all-in. I knew I was beat but I still called. He showed pocket 7's. Did I do anything wrong here?

Re: My hands and questions I think he would have called no matter what your raise. I would like to have seen a bigger raise though with AQo. Probably to around 500 with the blinds like they were. Maybe more.
