4.10 Picador (nap) Bolted up 2 days ago at wolvs and should follow up again today despite penalty today. Another one of these of Sir Mark Prescott's where it has the ablitly to run up a load of wins on the spot. has 4 entries in the next week. Does not look a strong race at all and given a half decent ride should bolt in again.

Re: Southwell 23/1/07 2.10.....Knapton Hill (RPF 10/1) 1m handicap, with 14 runners, so some luck in running will be vital. 2 of the market leaders, Beck and Medici Code, are both opposable for me on the 2 grounds - off track for too long and they are both making their handicap debuts. News Of The Day is the likely fav from the top yard of Mark Johnston, but got off the mark lto in a poor seller with a small field. Failed to show up on its handicap debut in a field size similar to todays. Greek God seems better over further and has a high draw to overcome, whilst Skye But N Ben has EW possibilities but again isn't helped by a wide draw. Featherlight and Tenterhook both have long absences to overcome, which leaves us with Knapton Hill. Lightly raced and improving with each run, ran a creditable 3rd lto when not getting a clear passage. Again stepped up in trip which is likely to suit and only raised 1lb for that lto effort in same grade as this. Drawn in stall 3 too which is a plus. Reappears after 10 days off which indicates that this horse is in good heart.
