I don't understand this bit. Are the top 10 guaranteed to qualify, or only 1 in 25 entries?:unsure

I don't understand this bit. Are the top 10 guaranteed to qualify' date=' or only 1 in 25 entries?:unsure[/quote'] The top 10 automatically and then I presume an extra seat for every $25 over $250 in the prize pool - which is because this is multiple rebuys for the first hour (1500 for $1) and late registration for the first hour and then an add-on at the end of the first hour (2500 for $1). So what do we get - pathetic plays from people prepared to keep rebuying and it looked as if 3 or 4 just paid $2 on the hour and joined in on 4000 chips. The qualifier bears no relation to the tournament you are trying to qualify for (ie. not a rebuy) so on a point of principle I shall not be bothering again. :@

Re: **Poker Monday 22nd January** Given that you only need to finish in the top 10 (or so), and all get equal prizes - I think the multiple rebuy strategy is wrong - so there is plenty of "dead money" - there's no point in paying a "fortune" (relatively speaking) for a large chip stack...... I'd imagine solid poker has a great chance..... (I say this without having played - just based on your comments)

Re: **Poker Monday 22nd January** I agree, what a waste of time. The first hour is an all-in fest anyway. You can join in at 59 mins, let the ante take you below 1500 (the minimum rebuy) then purchase another 1500 immediately. 2 mins later another 2500 for a $1 more. Result is basically a $3 buyin starting with around 5400 chips.

Re: **Poker Monday 22nd January** Am I right in thinking the Paddy Power game is a freeroll with conditions attached - ie. if you win you need to make a deposit and earn some points before they will pay out? (Reading Kev's link) Is it winner takes all or is there a prize fund for other places? Not got this site (yet) so can't look in the lobby for details. Shall I download it, bearing in mind PL haven't got a link anyway - hmm, how desperate am I for BPP points:tongue2

Re: **Poker Monday 22nd January** I think the reload bonus T&C are something completely different :unsure I'm not aware of any restrictions on entry (which was the reason for choosing it after the feedback on 3 raked hand freerolls last week) It does look like there is only a prize for first....

Re: **Poker Monday 22nd January**

is any1 playing the pp monday night takedown? im thinking of having a crack:ok
Might do myself trying to work out the value. If Tikays tourney was $10 to enter and $1000 added plus $100 on Tikay. This is $25 with $2000 added plus $750 me thinks in bounty's. I think that makes it slightly more than Tikays but with the bounties on offer it seems value. 91 in with 1hr 15 to go but 78 of them were qualifiers or bounties.
