Bad play ??

Was it a bad play at the end for the first guy to reraise all in. Semed 100% certain split pot, why generate more rake for site. In effect it actually cost them both money, or am I being petty ??

[Jan 21 08:30:31] : MichaelC02 called $1.28 and raised $1.28 [Jan 21 08:30:35] : melvich called $1.28 and raised $9 and is All-in if michael had been holding the 9 or a set he would have been forced to fold(or made a dumb call) in which case the $9 raise would have won the $4.76 in the pot. as it was with them both having the nuts they split the $15.08 in the pot and $0.75 was taken as rake. MichaelCO2 lost a total of $0.24 where he could have doubled up. (7.40/0.24) 30x gain melvich lost a total of $0.23 where he could have won (by making the bet) $4.76 (4.76/0.23) 20x gain so unless the players were playing with cards face up. michael would have to play this hand and split 30 times in order for it to be the wrong move. melvich would have to 20 times. so if you're sure you can save yourself 5 or 6bb but if you're not then you can win yourself a whole lot more.

Re: Bad play ?? I dont mind the play, ESPECIALLY at 2c/4c - I've seen people fold when the nuts are on the board!!! Here, and at this level, there is a chance someone will call you with a beat hand (like the 9 or trips!!)
