Re: **Poker Thursday 30th November** I detest this promo from VC - so far as I'm concerned it's not far off of a scam!!! To win the $10,000,000, you need to win 4 MTTs with 999 runners ..... assuming everyone is of equal ability, your chances of doing that are 1 in 999 x 999 x 999 x 999 or 1 in 996,005,996,001. (That's almost a trillion to 1) - They won't be paying out $10,000,000 - that's just to grab headlines.....

Re: **Poker Thursday 30th November** Enjoyed it tonight. Got kicked in goolies early on and, being short stacked, started playing less tight than I usually would in a PL game. But this made it much more enjoyable for me...I don't like playing ultra tight all the time. Think I'm going to have to rethink how I approach PL games as they are so different to any other games...reckon I need to loosen up when the tables are too tight early on. But then I'll make an Rs of myself and wish I had played tighter. Poker! What a bloody game!

I tell myself quite often that I'm going to play 'a la Jaded', and then as soon as someone puts in a raise I chicken out. :$

Re: **Poker Thursday 30th November**

I'm on BTP cash again tonight :ok
Turned my $100 into $144 :) Made all my money bluffing with AQs after missing flop and turn, but firing twin barrels - could have been VERY different ..... the guy laid down at the end with only $27 in his stack into quite a large pot - didn't think he'd lay it down .... guessing he had something like AK..... Appreciate comments on that hand - although I prevailed, I think it was quite poor play.....
