Horse: KNOWHERE Course: Ascot Time: 1.05 Smart novice over hurdles before long absence and back on song to win novice chases (2m4f, soft and good to soft) at Perth and Bangor this autumn; set steady pace and only just quickening it up when he fell halfway in last week´s big handicap at Cheltenham.Fancied to make amends today. F'cst price of 6/1 Horse: FIRE DRAGON Course: Ascot Time: 1.35 At the time of writing Desert Quest has not been declard a NR but probably will, leaving Fire Dragon a better chance.Developed into a high-class staying hurdler last season, albeit allowed to dictate the pace when 2l too good for unlucky-in-running Mighty Man (4lb better) over 3m at Sandown; bit to find with same rival on World Hurdle running and signed off with another fine run at Punchestown; effective on fast/good to soft but likely that a stiffer test of stamina is ideal for him now. F'cst price of 9/1 Horse: CROSSBOW CHEEK Course: Ascot Time: 2.05 Has looked revitalised over fences this season and bids for his hat-trick in this handicap chase. with a F'cst price of 11/2 Horse: ASUDO Course: Ascot Time: 2.35 Accounted for a useful sort in a heavy-ground bumper at Chepstow a year ago and first race for 11 months when justifying market confidence by spreadeagling novice opposition at Towcester (3m, good to soft) on hurdling debut last month; on a handy mark and likely to be hard to pull back. with a F'cst price of 6/4

Re: Ascot 18/11 13:05 Ascot - Chilling Place Tissue price: 4/1 Really fancied this for the Paddy Power gold cup. 13lb swing in CP favour over the favourite Reveillez from last meeting in the Jewsons. Was challenging Impek for victory in the William Hill Gold Cup Chase before being brought down by loose horse. Incidentally, had the better of Hoo La Baloo and receives a further 2lb this time round! Previous to that strolled to victory at same distance, and the form has worked out quite well (Preacher Boy). Hopeful to fill my pockets here. 14:05 - Tysou Tissue price 6/1 Lost nothing by recent defeat by RubberDubber beating Nyrche along the way. Historically, Tysou seems to come on for the run, so will be primed up for tomorrows race. Will benefit for the extra furlong. Good luck with your selections. Haitch
