Re: 17/11 Ascot Lou Du Moulin Mas (3.20) Not an overly competitve affair and Ruby on top today, after partnering it to victory lto over hurdles. Fitness assured today. It's main rival, Harrys Dream, has solid credentials after winning comfortably lto but the 15lb rise in weights and the fact Johnson isn't on today (after 13 consecutives rides on the horse) is enough to put me off). Only doubt is that LDMM finds it difficult to get its head in front, despite consistent placed form. Back to win, but suggest covering the place, too. Tarlac (3.55) Tried in top company last year. If this horse is to fulfil its promise, must win today against this mediocre opposition.
