Tulenos Posted October 8, 2006 Share Posted October 8, 2006 Vancouver to bt COLORADO @ 2.20 *Sporting Odds* 2 pts (10/10 @ Sports-Punter.com) - those 2 pts is the strength in my own stats;)) Well, only one game on tonight and my first pick of the new season. Can't see why anyone should back poor/unlucky Avs, even though at home. The Canucks are off to a great start, having won both of the opening games (away ones as well). Seding twin-brothers in terrific form and Luongo in a decent team at last. Colorado lost both opening games in OT, which makes those losses a bit worse psychologically. The H2H stats are seemingly the only ones against with Colorado 3-1 at home over past 3 seasons and also 18-7-3 since 1996, BUT the last Avs' win was on 27/11 last year and the Canucks won L3 H2Hs.
