Japanese Grand Prix

Recommended Posts

The Japanese GP is a showcase event for Toyota, and while they do not have the pace to win, they may certainly try and grab a 'corporate pole', by running their cars light and using the soft tyre (which they were using in practice today). On betfair you can get odds of 100/1 for Ralf to get pole (he done so last year with the same tactics) and 120/1 for Trulli. both represent great value for money and worth a flutter IMO.

Re: Japanese GP qualifying flutter. agree at those prices Im gonna be following this Grand prix closely. This reminds me a lot of the year 2000 actually. Schumacher v Hakkinen at Suzuka. That was probably the best qualifying session I ever saw tbh. The were at it like loggerheads for the hour. They exchanged fastest times, the final margin was a really tight 0.09 or sommit. They were both miles ahead of opposition though they were so high on adrenaline needing that pole. one of 2 things will happen IMO Schumacher vs Alonso - both sensational or they both crack leaving the door open for Fisi and Massa Fisi @ 15.0 Skybet surely worth a punt then there's those toyotas to consider who might be light as a feather
