Streaky Baseball

This is based on a system that Randall ran a while ago. It involves going with winning streaks and against losing streaks. 10 pts on each so if say A are at B and A have lost 1 and B win 4 in a row then the pick is B If both have a winning / losing streak then its no bet. All streaks have to be 3 or more to be included. If theres a streak of 3 wins against a 2 win streak then no bet. If theres a 3 losing streak against a 2 losing streak then no bet. Fairly straight forward. For my ease I shall be using Sporting Odds' odds for this.
