Hi guys . Made quite some good finishes of late and decided to test my skills by playing in the 4k guranteed at bodog . Buy in is $10+1 . Normally , i won't buy in that high in MTT but i have about $11 left inside bodog so i guess its worth a try . Right , down to the last 54 and this is what happens .

Any thoughts on it ? My nick is BORNWINNER1 . Do you think i made the right play ? 9 more players to go out and i would have recoup my buy in plus $5 . I was only worried that he had AA or KK at that stage in time though . I was thinking if i don't call with QQ , what hands am i waiting for before i actually calls a big raise ? Anyway , in this tourney , my aces were cracked once by J10 already which kind of explains my not so high stack as we approach down to the last 54 . Thoughts are much appreciated . I'm gutted to finish 54th though . Thought i deserve a higher position anyway . :eyes:eyes:eyes

Re: Comments pls Well the hand history is a little confusing. Did you go all in pre flop? If you didn't, then I think when the A showed on the flop you should have dropped em, but if you did then there is nothing really to comment on. It was a race, and you lost. I think going all in pre-flop with QQ isn't a great decision at that stage. You may have been better raising 3 or 4 times the BB (I know the villain would have called), and then dropping if an A comes on the flop. The problem is if you push all in (with your QQ) you will only get called by strong A or a strong pocket pair, so you run the risk of all of your chips going down the drain when an A appears. Again mate, I'm not saying this is what I would do every time, but you obviously are looking for suggestions. This is one of mine. Other than that you were unlucky. :ok
