Ok pause here. I only called the BB and then the raise because I'd been sat at this table for 45 mins, and in this time I'd been dealt 52 suited at least 5 times, folding each time. For some reason I felt compelled to play it this hand.. :drums

Re: Nasty Beat Dealt Out By An Idiot (me) I'm not going to criticise this, because once you've called to see the pot you have a dream flop for your admittedly shitty hand.:lol I mean come on, how often do we get to hit a straight flush? In situations like these I think the thrill of possibly hitting a true monster should override pot odds, right or wrong play etc.
