hi all not really into the math big time, play by instinct and basic odds to hit my card if drawing. coming to the river, if u have an up and down straight draw, and a flush draw, that makes 17 theoretical outs?. hence apprx a 68% chance of hitting the winning card?:unsure if so does that make me about a 2-1 fav to win the hand before the river? so would it be fair to say that long term, to get your money in in these situations, theoretically u should turn a profit?:ok blimey guvnor! if my math is correct and my assumptions........anyone know what the odds of losing 4 of these in a row to 2 pair????:wall any comments on my observations? or my mathematics? :lol confused dt
