The game Gazza and I played - started at 5000 chips each, with opening blinds of 5/10 - is VERY interesting (and different). Our game lasted over an hour and the blinds were only 100/200 at the end - a lot of games could easily run to 2 hours - so you will need to make sure you have enough time when you start.
