At this stage Betholdem are not prepared to accept any changes' date=' so it is out of the hands of OFC.....[/quote'] just had an email from OFC saying that about 30 are having problems, but guess what my login and screen name are the same letters, same name, but login is all in uppercase, obviously this must make a difference. Also this is completely different from we can see your registered but did not register in time answer I was given earlier. Dont think I'll bother with future betholdem events. About 30 of the 1900+ pre-registrants for both events have written to me regarding problems as they attempt to register for the events. I am posting my response here for anyone that may have these issues. Please know that OFC aims to uphold the highest standards and credibility in every event we facilitate. I personally would like to apologise for the frusrtration that a very small percentage of players must feel. As we move forward, OFC learns from every event, and aims to make the whole experience and fun and problem free as possible. Thank you again, and good luck, Wolf Response to registration issues is as follows: Dear Player, I am writing this to inform about 30 of you of the most probable reason you are having problems registering for these events. First, Every single pre-registrant was sent to BetHoldem. When you pre-registered for these events you were asked to provide your BetHoldem Login User Name. Some of you gave your prima alias or screen name instead. This requirement was in big capital red letters on the registration form, and also appeared in several other places. So far, EVERY SINGLE PLAYER with an activated BetHoldem poker account, that pre-registered with A VALID BETHOLDEM POKER LOGIN USER NAME, has been ticketed and has had no problem registering for these events. Please know this. Both events combined have over 1900 pre-registrants and there are only 30 of you that are having problems. Please check your confirmation email sent by OFC and see if the User Name you pre-registered with matches your actual BetHoldem Login User Name. I do not have access to the BetHoldem ticketing system, nor am I part of BetHoldem, or any poker site for that matter. I cannot add anyone or make changes at this point, and BetHoldem will not accept them from me. The cutoff was when pre-registration ended. I am very sorry for the frustration you must feel. In the future, please read through all of the intructions carefully, and I will try to have events on sites with an easier process. However this issue is addressed in the details of the event that everyone is asked to read before pre-registering... "1. The EXACT Login User Account Name used to register your player account on BetHoldem (participants are urged to double check for any capitalization, punctuation, and/or spaces, if these are allowed in user names at the host site).
