E/W Betting Help Needed

Ok guys , I know if you back a horse e/w and it dead heats you only get half your stake on it. Now if it dead heats for a place. and you have e/w trebles and fourfolds. Do they pay u the place twice IE: its finished second and third. So you basically still get all your money on it. as they declare 2 f/casts and 2 tricasts

Re: E/W Betting Help Needed I can't help you, but I've got to tell you that it's a great question. It has certainly got me scratching my head! There were two dead heats for 2nd place within 20 minutes today: surely some record?
