Re: Quick System finnaz - my staking plan is loosely based upon "The Retirement Staking Plan" of which there are a number of variations if you Google it. I have added some of my own "rules" to suit my wallet and stress levels. Essentially it's about staking to retrieve losses and be aware, many sensible and experienced backers regard this either as too fraught with danger or akin to betting suicide. As you say you are new to all this, I'd recommend keeping it simple - level stakes and keep a record of all your bets.

I have found from my experiences in betting and retail that if you work on small margins, ex. odds on in racing you could be working hard for nothing as it appears you are getting more sales/winners, but in reality you are getting less profit over the long term. I will look at the retirement plan Geraldo, your profit looks very healthy!

Re: Quick System number 13 thank you :welcome i never thought it would last this long 1878 you are right mate not up to date with the spreadsheets yet :$ i can tell you though that in the first two years the average price of the selections ( not just the winners ) which is what you wanted was 4.47/1 and 3.68/1
