5.20 Epsom

2.5 pts ew on River Kintyre and Scarlet Flyer, 5.20 Epsom Song Of Passion looks the one to beat but the odds are a bit skinny at 9-4. I'm more interested in River Kintyre and Scarlet Flyer. River Kintyre has had two terrible races when it has either hung or lost it's action. B W Hills has 2 in the race and Michael has chosen to ride this over Royal Envoy which would look to have a better chance so there might be something he knows and isn't telling us. There have been plenty of winners from each race it has run in and it did well last year when winning at Chester. Currently 25-1. Scarlet Flyer's last two runs have been poor but can be forgiven as it was on all weather and good to soft. When it ran on firm it won going away over 6 furlongs and it has a Racing Post speed rating of 104 while Song Of Passion has speed rating of 106 and is 9-4 favourite. Certainly worth a small ew also at 25-1.
