Why can't I reraise ?

I have noticed this before but don't know if only happens on Prima or everywhere and whether therefore I am missing some rule of the game ? When BigDog raises all-in for $290 why did the software not give me the option to go all-in which is what I wanted to do ? The only options it gave me were to flat call or fold. OK I would still have lost to BigDog's 9 but you would like to think GoldenJaguar would have folded his 78os to my all-in !
