Reasoning	In top form with very creditable efforts in 2 big field handicaps and more competitive affairs than this. This is an easier and trainer M Channon must think it has a good chance as he is sending 221 miles, 1 of only 2 runners he has at Thirsk on Saturday.

Reasoning	Half a length behind Jimmy The Guesser last time out. Reopposes today on 1lb better terms and with the step up to 6f in its favour, a great EW shot at around double the price of the aforementioned rival. Also T Easterby (trainer) is hitting form at just the right time.

Reasoning	In cracking form and won easily last weekend in a highly competitive, big field handicap (similar to today). Although stepped up markedly in class, difficult to keep out of the frame especially from its plum draw.
