I remember now why I bet online

Recommended Posts

Popped into my local bookies after work to watch a few races. How annoying are some of the betting shop punters? There was one guy who could not pick a winner for love nor money. He had a bet on every race while I was there and lost in each one. One guy in there boasting about all his winnings yet he was wearing a scabby jacket that he'd picked up for a tenner off a market stall. Some of the best comments I have ever heard in the bookies were: I was going to back that one:rollin That jockey and that trainer always win (Why didn't you back it then) Bloody Fallon (as he romps home at 11-1 today) I backed Linda Green because my wife is called Linda:rollin ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'd rather use the internet and check out some reasoning behind a horse on here than listen to some meaningless points of view. I can bet on online without having to worry about the price tumbling as the pensioner in front of me puts his last 50p on the favourite. I don't end up stinking of smoke and white lightning. What do you all think about betting shops????
