ok, a bit of a strange one this, Wednesday 22nd see's Gordon Brown deliver his 10th and last budget before becoming pm. Bet365 are offering prices on what he's going to do with the price of cigarettes. Favourite is 0-9p increase at 1.72, and I reckon this is what he's going to do. This budget is all about treding water for Gordon, not offending anyone before becoming pm next. It's gonna be dull dull dull. Worth a small punt
