Usual policy is to split the prize fund 50% based on chip stacks and 50% equally amongst remaining players........ They will NEVER just give a refund to just the remaining players - such a move would be unacceptable to any reasonable person and I am CERTAIN that Sporting Odds would in no way profit from this (other than the standard fee they take in every tourney)........ for all the complaints there are against Sporting, I have the utmost confidence in them settling that reasonably ........ let us know what happens...... They have had months and months of our complaints about crashing software etc. They spent the first few denying it happened, then next few ignoring it and now they claim that they are trying to upgrade.....no other poker site expects their customers to put up with this crap. I have not been able to log on and see my bankroll for 2 and half days now. I have asked live support 5 times and each time been told a different answer. the poker live help blames the sportsbook the sports book blames the poker they even tried blaming me they told me that it would be fixed in 20 mins, then an hour then 2 hours and then next week. At some time or other I have had issues on pretty much EVERY site I play!!! Been trying for almost 2 hours to log on to Laddies without success until just now....... Upgrades seldom go smoothly in any environment ........ I'm not going to criticise Boss for doing nothing, then criticies Boss again for trying to fix it .... They certainly weren't profiteering from Tikays, and as a group we cleaned up nicely from this ....... getting our refunds, AND having the winner take down first prize and the bounty!!!! Then about 20 mins later, the tournament closed, and on the registration screen it says cancelled! How can you cancel a game that was in play at the time? there was only 50 players left, and a prize pool of over $660, this should be shared out between the remaining 50, or else the only people to benefit will be yourselves!
