Cibona made a surprise in first round beating at home big favorite Panathinaikos. Efes also made a surprise winning away in Italy. But for this match they will be without their first pointguard Popovic. Cibona is red hot lately, and Penn/Davison duo is working like never before. I think Cibona find the right rhytm and we should back them max stakes for this +9.5 handicap. I think they are very capable now to beat Efes, like they did tvice this season, so I'm gona take this pick with max stakes, and also put few units on Cibona to win.
