Dallas -4 So, Miami have the second best record in the East and are 13-13 on the road? True, and true!...But a closer look shows how over-rated this team is! Road wins; @ Houston (19-30 record...No Yao) @ Charlotte (14-36) @ Utah (24-25) @ Seattle (19-30) @ GS (22-26) @ Portland (17-30) @ Washington (24-23!! Yay!! A winning record...BUT, they shot 54.9% to 38%!) @ Philli (24-25) @ Milwaukee (25-23!! >.500 no. 2!..BUT...Bucks were without Williams and Simmons, shot 38.6% inc. 3-21 3's!!) @ Chicago (20-27) @ Sactown (21-27) @ Atlanta (15-23) @ Memphis ...Now surely I'm not the only one seeing a pattern here! :ok Of their 13 road losses...11 have been by more than 4. When playing winning teams on the road they are 2-11 SU (Throw in 2 road losses @ Orlando and Toronto!) Dallas, on the other hand, rise to their opponents. They are 15-4 ats v. winning teams this season (9-3 @ home), and 8-3 as favs of 4 to 7. Dallas allow just 90.9 ppg at home @ 43.8%, and it's hard to see them not topping 100. Dallas won 103-90 @ Miami earlier this season and have had problems guarding quick, athletic teams all year. Looks to me like another road loss against a good team for the Heat.
