NBA 4th Feb

Recommended Posts

Boston @ Orlando under 193.5 Both teams are really struggling to score right now. Boston have av'd just 85.5 ppg in their last 8, and just 82.7 in their last 4 on the road. Orlando av'd 90.75 in their last 4, the loss of Hill and Nelson is really hurting their production. They struggle with no rest as it is, scoring just 89.8 ppg. The other thing that favours the under here wil be the pace of the game. Orlando take the 11th fewest shots in the NBA, and here's what has happened when Boston have played the 10 below them; 99-98 v. Memph...but shot 59%! 85-71 v. Indi 100-89 v. Utah 73-91 @ Houston...102-82 v. Houston Portland...no game. 103-96 v. Minni...85-110 @ Minni (The exception!) 89-101 @ SA 83-103 @ NJ...99-96 v. NJ 91-78 v. NO...101-87 @ NO. Those games av. a little over 184, and just one has been more than this total on the road. Orlando allowed 20 offensive boards today, which lead to 22 second chance points (in a game they lost by 2!), so I'm expecting a concentrated effort on the defensive end tonight.
