GaF
Re: Ladbrokes $100,000 weekly freerolls Well that didn't go well - out already - and a $950 buy in blown!!!!!! Didn't play well ......... suspect the strategy I have developed for my normal level of play is successful there, but less so against "real" players...... ........having said that - I was crippled by a real muppet play - Had TT - bet it hard pre flop - one caller - Flop came with one overcard - a K - didn't believe a King helped him (and I was right!! :P) - so bet it hard to the showdown - he called all the way - and turned over AA ....... Hand I finally went out on - had 86o on BB - SB called with 56o - flop was 346 - at this stage I was had to gamble - so went all in - he called and hit the 2 he needed...... Just need to requalify next week now :P
GaF
Re: Ladbrokes $100,000 weekly freerolls Just a reminder for anyone else considering playing in this (there really should be more of us playing in this - it's great value!!!) - the raked hands counter on the 5c/10c (and possibly some other levels) is fcuked up - you get a lot more raked hands than you should and qualification for this (500 raked hands) is a LOT easier than it should be....... As a guide - I earn 1 raked hand (playing fairly tight) about every 4 mins per table - so playing 4 tables, it's about 1 a minute (yes I know that's still over 8 hours play :loon)

Masterplan
Re: Ladbrokes $100,000 weekly freerolls decided to give this a go on sunday, found $1.80 lying around in my laddies account, probably from a freeroll sometime in the past. 338 raked hands later my balance is up to $63.25 and i'm in the final 50 of the daily raked hands freeroll. playing only on 5/10 cent initially, or 1 5/10 and 1 10/20 cent table now, takes less than 2 hours to get the 100 hands for the day. and the daily $2500 freeroll with around 600 entrants is again great value ... looking forward to my first HUGE tourny now, roll on the weekly
