GB80 Posted November 11, 2005 Share Posted November 11, 2005 I'm playing in a limit tournament on Party Poker, and i've realised very quickly that I have no idea what to do! When I have a decent hand and I raise, about 4 others come with me, and I end up getting beaten by someone with 6 4 hitting 2 pair. How do you play it? georgej Posted November 11, 2005 Share Posted November 11, 2005 Re: Limit Hold Em I've not played much with thi, but... : never bluff - people are curious and will just go along to see what might have been. :If you don't have top pair or a possible flush, don't raise - call only if you have a highr card than shown. :If you have a good hand, bet it. Too risky to slowplay on these tables. :Keep it tight - you might just be going against a lucky run. It's when the blinds are high you can win it all back against the loose players.
