Lay or back and lay??

Need some strategys on this as a beginner. What is the best just to lay or to lay and then to back What is your advice? on horses or soccer or other sports? Best Regards John

The thing is this question has been discussed here a lot of times and I doubt you will get much response here. So the first step is to search for the answer in old posts. If you can't find anything, or don't understand anything, then ask away immediately. With a more specialist question, you might get more respenses. This general question is impossible to answer as such as it depends on what kinda punter you are, what you want to gain or achieve, how, etc. Best of luck;)
