Re: European Hockey Leagues, Thu 20/10 Södertälje - Leksand Some news about Leksand. They fired their coach Alexandersson on thuesday after 10 games and only one point. In the week that past the coach worked without any confidence or support from the board of Leksand which is something other coaches and columnists say is simply unacceptable.. Now former hockey legend Anders "Masken" Karlsson will step in temporarily. Uptil now he has been one of the executives in the club, the one that hires and fires players among other things (he´s also had a lot of critisism for the players he has hired this year). To have the one that can sack you as a coach doesn´t feel very good does it now? Simply don´t think that the former coach had a chance with those players he had to work with so I don´t believe that Karlsson can work wonders either! Talked to a guy that saw the game Mora and he said that they looked like boys! Södertälje are, as I have adressed before, hopelessly ineffective. They fire as many shots as Frölunda but don´t score any goals. Still think this team has potential though and they put up a good fight against Linköping (4-2) and the game was pretty close (might add here that Linköping is probably the best team in Sweden right now with 9-1-0 so far). Gonna wait til tomorrow to see what the odds is on Betfair on Södertälje and hope it´s higher than @1.70 but it looks a good bet right now. That game caught my eye right now but I´ll most certainly come up with much more!! Laterz gents...
